How to Choose the Right Brush Head Diameter
Measure openings, working envelopes, compression allowance, contact pressure, and access clearance before filtering products by brush diameter.
Design Overview
Head diameter sets the contact envelope, access and torque. The table divides 3–300 mm into practical bands and links each band to filament diameter and cleaning tasks.
Quick Answer
Use a head close to the available opening for wiping, or a controlled oversize for scrubbing. Smaller heads use finer filament; large heads can carry longer, coarser or mixed fill.
Selection Notes
Confirm minimum opening, maximum chamber, bend radius, blind-hole bottom, drive speed, surface risk and required contact before selecting final oversize.
