    Twisting, tufting, drilling, forming and assembly — on automatic machines or at a manual bench, depending on the structure.

    Dimensions, fill density, trim and finish are checked in process and again before anything is packed.

Different Brush Structures Need Different Machines

Automatic equipment gives repeatability on wire feeding, drilling, tufting, twisting, forming and packing. Manual workstations give flexibility on setup, special structures, finishing, assembly and lower-volume custom work. Both run on the same floor.

Common Questions Before Starting a Brush Project

What buyers ask us in the first email, answered the way we would answer it.

Do I need a drawing to start?

No. A photograph, an existing brush, a set of dimensions, or a description of what has to be cleaned is enough to begin. A drawing shortens the review; it does not gate it.

Can you customize a brush I already use?

Yes, and it is the most common way our projects start. Send the brush or a photograph with the dimensions that matter, and tell us what is wrong with the one you have.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 3–7 days once dimensions, materials and construction are agreed. Small hand brushes sit at the short end and large or tooled structures at the long end; new tooling is scheduled separately.

Do you manufacture standard brushes as well as custom ones?

Yes. The catalog carries 521 brushes that can be ordered as they are, and any of them can be used as the starting point for a change.

Can you help me select a filament?

Yes. Filament choice follows the surface, the residue, the force needed, and the temperature, moisture, chemicals and speed the brush has to survive. Describe those and we will propose one.

Can I send you my existing brush?

Yes. A physical sample is the fastest brief there is: we measure it, and you can compare our sample directly against the one you sent.
