Tank & Vessel Cleaning Brushes
Tank and vessel cleaning is defined by reach, internal wall contact and chemistry. A storage tank, chemical drum, solvent vessel and silo may all need large-area internal cleaning, but the fluid, residue and access opening change the safe brush construction.

Can the Brush Reach and Contact the Whole Vessel?
Measure the opening, vessel depth and internal contour first, then choose materials around the residue and cleaning fluid.
Opening and vessel depth
A large brush head is useful only if it passes the manway or opening and still reaches the bottom, corners and walls.
Wall material and lining
Stainless, plastic, coated or lined vessels can have different scratch and chemical-compatibility limits.
Chemical and temperature exposure
Acids, alkalis, solvents, hot wash and sanitation cycles can determine filament and structural materials.
Wet residue or dry powder
Sticky liquid residue, film and sludge require different contact from dry silo dust or loose powder.
Chemical Vessels and Storage Tanks Need Different Material Decisions
A PP drum brush, PTFE solvent-vessel brush and PBT storage-tank brush may have similar reach, but their material choices reflect different process chemistry and cleaning conditions.
Tank Brush Customization
Head diameter or width, handle or shaft reach, angle, filament, base material and chemical-resistant construction can be adjusted. Include manway size, vessel depth and chemistry.

Send the Vessel Opening, Depth and Chemistry
Provide vessel material, opening size, depth, residue, cleaning fluid and temperature. We can then determine a brush that enters, reaches and survives the process.
