How do I choose the right application?

If your machine is not listed, match on residue and access instead of on industry: metal chips, cutting fluid, clay and glaze slurry, mineral dust and adhered bulk material each drive a different filament, and a die cavity, a T-slot and a belt face are three different access problems.
