Internal cleaning starts with geometry. Inside diameter, passage length, bends, blind ends and entry restrictions decide whether you need a tube brush, a drain/pipe tool or a much smaller nozzle and micro-channel brush. This hub keeps those internal-access problems separate.
Choose Tube & Bore brushes for defined internal diameters, Pipe & Drain brushes for longer or larger flow paths, and Nozzle & Micro-Channel brushes for very small openings or precision passages.

The working diameter should be chosen against the actual bore or passage, not the outside size of the tube or component.
Straight bores can use stiffer stems; bends and long runs may need a spring, flexible shaft or different cleaning method.
Loose dust, biological film, scale, metal residue and baked deposits require different filament stiffness and abrasion levels.
Through-holes allow push-through cleaning; blind bores and nozzles need controlled tip geometry so the end of the brush does not damage the bottom or seat.
A boiler-tube brush, drain snake and printer-nozzle brush all clean internal spaces, but the tolerances, travel length and acceptable contact force are radically different. Separate categories make the access problem visible before material selection begins.
Brush diameter, working length, overall reach, stem flexibility, tip style, thread or shank connection, filament material and density can be set around the passage. A section drawing with ID, depth and bend radius is ideal.
Provide inside diameter, passage length, bend information, residue and whether the passage is through or blind. That gives us the inputs needed to select or build the brush.
