Facility brushes have to match both the floor and the machine. Smooth tile, textured concrete, carpet, artificial turf and stained industrial floors need different contact, while disc, roller and replacement brushes must fit the drive system exactly.
Compare disc brushes, scrubber rolls, replacement brushes, carpet and turf tools, deck scrubbers, wall and sidewalk brushes and other facility-cleaning products.

Start with the floor material and required cleaning action, then confirm diameter, mounting and working width against the equipment.
Tile, concrete, carpet, turf and coated floors have different tolerance for stiffness and abrasion.
Routine scrubbing needs a different contact level from heavy stain removal, stripping or aggressive restoration.
Disc diameter, center lock, roller shaft and replacement interface must match the machine before the brush can work correctly.
The brush must cover the intended path without interfering with guards, wheels or machine housing.
A daily scrub disc, stripping brush and carpet roller may fit similar machines but create very different surface action. The floor condition and machine interface together define the correct replacement.
Disc diameter, roller width, core/shaft, trim, filament stiffness, abrasive level and mounting can be customized. Existing brush samples are useful for replacement work.
Provide machine model or actual mounting dimensions, floor material, soil level and desired cleaning action. We can then match the brush to both equipment and surface.
Choose your brush type, cleaning task, material direction, and key details before sending a custom brush request.
