PRODUCT CATEGORY
Wheel and tire cleaning looks simple until you have to reach behind spokes, around lug holes and deep into the barrel without marking the finish. Tire sidewalls add another problem: they need stronger agitation than a polished or coated wheel. This category separates those contact conditions.
Compare wheel-barrel brushes, wheel woolies, lug-nut brushes, rim brushes, tire-sidewall brushes and tire-mold cleaning products.

The same brake dust can sit on a delicate coated rim, a deep barrel or a durable tire sidewall. Choose the brush around the surface and geometry before choosing stiffness.
Gloss, painted, polished and coated wheels benefit from softer fibers and good grit release; unfinished or tooling surfaces may allow more aggressive contact.
Deep barrels and narrow spoke gaps need long, slim or flexible heads that can reach without the handle striking the wheel face.
Lug holes need a compact cylindrical or detail profile rather than a broad wheel brush.
Rubber sidewalls and tire molds usually tolerate firmer mechanical cleaning than visible wheel finishes, so they belong to a different stiffness range.
A wheel woolie is about soft deep-reach contact, a lug brush about precise recess cleaning, and a tire brush about agitation on rubber. They should not be treated as one product with different diameters.
Head diameter, reach, bend, filament softness, density, handle geometry and shaft can be tuned around the wheel or tire geometry. For OEM wash systems, include rotation and mounting details.
Provide finish, barrel depth, spoke spacing, lug-hole size or tire-cleaning area, plus the residue you need to remove. We can then narrow the product and dimensions.
