PRODUCT CATEGORY
Food-processing brushes need to fit both the equipment and the sanitation routine. Conveyors, drums, tubes and machine surfaces collect different residues, and product-contact zones can impose material or documentation requirements that do not apply to general factory cleaning.
Compare conveyor rollers, drum brushes, tube brushes, hand brushes and general equipment-cleaning products used around food production.

Identify whether the brush touches product-contact equipment, how the residue behaves and how the brush will be washed or sanitized after use.
Direct or adjacent food-contact areas may require specific material grades, color control or documentation rather than a generic “food brush” claim.
Protein, fat, dough, powder, fruit/vegetable soil and general food debris require different cleaning force and filament behavior.
Cleaning chemistry and temperature can change the suitable filament, base and handle materials.
Conveyor and drum brushes need machine dimensions and continuous-contact behavior; hand tools prioritize access, hygiene and operator control.
A conveyor roller may clean continuously during production, a drum brush reaches a curved vessel surface, and a hand brush is used during washdown. The hygiene requirement may overlap, but the mechanical duty does not.
Working width, outside diameter, head size, handle, filament, base/core, color and metal-detectable options can be tailored where appropriate. Specify contact zone, wash chemistry and temperature.
Provide the contact zone, residue, cleaning chemistry, temperature, dimensions and whether the brush is hand-held or installed. We can then match the product to the sanitation process.
