Vacuum and robot brushes are working components, not just accessories. Main rollers, side brushes and attachment heads have to match the machine interface, floor contact and the type of debris being collected. Fit and motion matter as much as the filament.
Compare main or roller brushes, robotic-vacuum cleaning brushes, tangle-resistant brush rolls and vacuum attachments for targeted surface cleaning.

Start with the mounting and working width, then consider floor type, hair or debris and whether the brush is driven or passive.
A replacement roller must match end geometry, bearings or drive features before any filament choice matters.
The brush must sit at the correct height and width to agitate the surface without overloading the drive or missing the pickup path.
Hair wrapping, fine dust and granular debris can favor different strip patterns, fiber density or tangle-reduction features.
Carpet agitation and hard-floor pickup require different contact behavior and can change the ideal trim and bristle softness.
A main brush roll is a driven machine part, a robotic side brush sweeps debris inward, and an attachment head is controlled by the user. They may all work on floors, but their mounting and motion are different engineering problems.
Overall length, core diameter, shaft ends, strip pattern, trim, filament and end features can be adjusted. For replacement work, send the original brush dimensions and machine interface.
Provide machine model if useful, but include the actual brush length, core/OD, shaft-end geometry, floor type and debris. That lets us verify fit instead of guessing from model names.
Choose your brush type, cleaning task, material direction, and key details before sending a custom brush request.
