PRODUCT CATEGORY
A tube brush only works when its diameter, reach and flexibility match the internal passage. This category covers small precision tubes, machine bores, heat exchangers, boilers and other defined IDs where wall contact must be controlled over a known length.
Compare small-diameter tube brushes, flexible long-reach brushes, boiler and condenser tools, abrasive descaling brushes and chemistry-resistant internal cleaners.

Use the actual inside diameter, insertion length and deposit to choose a brush that contacts the wall without jamming or under-cleaning.
The nominal tube size is not enough. Working brush diameter should be selected against the actual internal ID and desired interference.
Short straight bores can use more rigid stems; long tubes and heat exchangers may need flexible rods or spring sections.
Dust and light film need different contact from scale, oxidation or stubborn buildup that may call for abrasive or metal filament.
If the brush works with solvents, acids, alkalis, hot water or process fluids, filament and stem materials must be chosen for that environment.
A 5 mm flexible tube brush and a 38 mm boiler brush both clean an ID, but insertion force, deposit, working length and material exposure are very different. Size alone does not define the product.
Brush diameter, head length, overall reach, stem flexibility, tip style, filament, abrasive grit and thread or shank connection can be customized. A bore drawing is ideal.
Provide the inside diameter, passage length, bends, deposit, cleaning chemistry and whether the bore is through or blind. We can size the brush from those inputs.
