CLEANING BRUSH STRUCTURES
Cleaning Brush Types
Compare brush structures by geometry, contact pattern, working principle, dimensions and mounting interface.
How do I pick the right brush type?
Start from the geometry of the job rather than from the filament. What has to be reached decides the form, how the brush is driven decides the mounting, and only then does the surface decide the material. A cup brush and a wheel brush can carry identical fill and still be wrong for each other's work.
Which brush types are there?
Each one is a construction, not a product line. Open it for the dimensions that can be changed, the mounting interfaces it supports, and the filaments it is normally built with.

What does a brush type page tell me?
It states what the construction is and where it is normally used, then the four things a quotation needs from it: which dimensions are open to change, which configurations exist, which filament directions suit it, and what has to be settled before ordering. Products built on it are listed at the bottom.
