Custom Cleaning Brush
Precision Nozzle Brush
Precision Nozzle Brush is built for 3D Printer Nozzle Cleaning where the brush must enter or follow internal walls, threads, and blind holes. Head size, working length, stem flexibility, and fill are selected to loosen chips, oil, and coolant without losing access or control.
Product Features
Micro head reaches fine nozzle passages — The brush removes particles, dried fluid, and process residue.
Controlled PBT filament diameter — Fine bristles clean narrow nozzle passages while maintaining consistent contact with the bore.
Tapered and cylindrical profiles — Head geometry can match the nozzle bore and outlet.
Protected tip reduces surface damage — Looped or rounded ends keep the core away from precision walls.
Short and long stems — The brush can support bench cleaning or installed nozzles.
Sized to the precision passage — Bore diameter, taper, working length, filament, stem, tip finish, and handle can be matched to the nozzle drawing.
Product Overview
Precision Nozzle Brush uses a working section shaped around the available opening, depth, and internal profile. It contacts internal walls, threads, and blind holes to remove chips, oil, and coolant; the access path and minimum clearance determine whether the brush needs a rigid stem, a flexible extension, a tapered head, or a stepped cleaning section. Brush diameter, working length, tip form, and stem flexibility must match the complete passage.
Key dimensions start with Brush head diameter 3 mm, Brush head length 50 mm, and Handle length 100 mm. The structure uses a tube or bore brush so the filament can contact the inside wall. The specified interface is fixed. PBT are the principal material directions in the current specification. The handle, neck, and head geometry should make the target easy to reach while keeping contact pressure manageable.

Application Areas
Precision Nozzle Brush is primarily mapped to 3D Printer Nozzle Cleaning. Before using this brush for a new application, check the workpiece surface, debris path, and required finish.

- Match contact to surface risk: Minor
- Use with Water / Neutral Detergent / No Added Medium
- Confirm interface and clearance before production.
Selection Guidance
Structure fit
Match the tube & pipe bore brush geometry to internal walls, threads, and blind holes, the available access, and manual operation. Confirm Brush head diameter 3 mm, Brush head length 50 mm, and Handle length 100 mm against the complete working envelope before finalizing the brush.
Contact material
Choose from PBT according to the behavior of chips, oil, and coolant, the surface sensitivity, and any wet, chemical, temperature, or hygiene requirements. Do not choose stiffness from the material name alone. Filament size, free trim, and density control the final contact.
When to use another solution
For Precision Nozzle Brush, use another cleaning method when chips, oil, and coolant cannot be released by controlled filament contact, when internal walls, threads, and blind holes cannot tolerate the selected contact material, or when the access path prevents safe engagement and residue removal.
