The primary options are Carbon Steel Wire and Nylon PA. The final choice follows surface sensitivity, residue adhesion, wet or dry use, temperature, chemicals, conductivity, and required cutting action.

Wire Brush Roller is not the first choice when combine the brush with a scraper, spray bar, vacuum, or air knife for thick sludge or heavy carryback.
