Material
Hollow Nylon Filament
Hollow Nylon Filament is selected from its stiffness, recovery, wear, wet-service, chemical, and temperature behavior. The same material can produce different stiffness, so filament diameter, trim length, density, grade, and service conditions must also be defined.

Material Overview
Hollow Nylon Filament is a special-profile polyamide filament used as brush fill or a cleaning-contact element.
In a finished brush, Hollow Nylon Filament does not create a fixed stiffness by itself. Working stiffness and recovery depend on filament size, free trim, density, tuft pattern, and contact. Grade and operating conditions determine how stable that behavior remains.
Material Properties
