Material Overview
PVC is polyvinyl chloride resin that compounded into rigid or flexible products; plasticizers and other additives control hardness, flexibility and several performance properties.
In a finished brush, PVC does not create a fixed stiffness by itself. The brush response is shaped by filament geometry, fill density, tuft pattern, and interference, then modified by moisture, temperature, and chemical exposure.
