How is this catalogue organised?
By the cleaning job you arrive with, not by how the brush is made. A category groups products that solve the same kind of problem, so a rotary brush and a hand brush can sit side by side if they clean the same thing.
The technical route is separate and deliberately so. Use brush types when you know the form and the mounting, materials when the filament has to survive something specific, and applications when you know the job but not the tool. Every product page links back into all three.
What do you need from me to quote one of these?
Every product here is made to order, so the catalogue entry is a starting construction rather than a stock item. Four things move it to a quotation:
- The surface and the residue — what is being cleaned and what has to come off it.
- The access — the opening, gap or depth the brush has to work through.
- The interface — shaft, thread, bore, bolt pattern, or hand held.
- The quantity — it changes the filament and the packing, not just the price.
A drawing, a photograph or the old brush covers most of this on its own. Technical resources lists the dimensions a quotation needs stated.
What if none of these is quite right?
That is the normal case rather than the exception. The catalogue shows constructions that have been built before; it is not the limit of what can be built. Send the job and the closest entry here, and the differences get worked out as a specification.
Need a Brush Built From a Drawing or Sample?
Send the cleaned part, residue, dimensions, mounting interface, material direction, quantity, and product drawing or photo.
