Are any of the 10 brushes wire-filled?
No. This set uses nylon filament for all cleaning heads. 304 stainless steel appears in the handles, shanks or cores. If the daily workload includes rust, scale, paint or carbon removal, choose a dedicated wire brush set instead.
Can I use these brushes on non-stick cookware?
Yes, with the right profile. Use a fine-filament brush and light hand pressure on cool cookware. Nylon will not scratch intact non-stick coatings under normal hand cleaning, but aggressive scrubbing or hard pressure on a worn surface can accelerate wear. Test on a hidden area and inspect the coating after the first pass.
How do I keep a long 450 mm brush from bending in a deep gap?
Employ straight push-pull strokes rather than side load, and keep the handle in line with the gap. If the operator naturally applies side force or the passage is truly deep and confined, a shorter overall length or a twisted wire tube brush will hold alignment better than a long nylon handle brush.
How should the set be dried and stored between shifts?
Rinse under running water, shake out the filament, and hang the brushes by the hang hole or stand them upright with the head up. Wipe stainless steel parts dry in hard-water areas to prevent mineral spots. Do not leave brush heads compressed under other equipment.
What should I check before using a brush on painted or coated surfaces?
